About the Program:
At the beginning of the fellowship program, you will be receiving an introductory session about Shortlist's business, organisation structure, and teams. After this, you will be receiving intensive training on Shortlist's products over a period of one to two weeks.
Upon completion of the training, you will be assigned to a team and will begin working on live projects.
You will be supported throughout the program by a ‘buddy’, who would be an experienced employee in the organisation and your go-to person for any professional or personal questions.
Towards the end of the one year program, you will have a choice to stay-on as a full time employee (based on your performance throughout your one year experience), can choose to transition out of Shortlist to pursue other options (in which case a letter of recommendation will be given), or to extend your fellowship opportunity for another year.
