Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and management

Design thoughtful, beautiful and engaging content that is on-brand with within AutoXpress’ standards and guidelines
Maintain effective and cohesive brand voice messaging across all digital channels
Create original and post content weekly for 4 countries
Research, fact check, and cite all original content
Draft content for the web
Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars and come to the table with ideas for content on a monthly, weekly, daily basis
Participating in brainstorming sessions with the Marketing team to develop campaign concepts
Planning content monthly and quarterly

Social Media Analytics

Use analytics tools to deliver weekly and monthly reports on growth/engagement to Head of Retail Engagement
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and channel growth regularly, making recommendations for optimizations; increase our social media following and engagement overall

Social Media Trends

Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies to keep AutoXpress ahead of the curve
Identify and grow relationships with a network of brand-building social influencers, including outreach

Qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Completed undergrad or graduate studies of Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Passion for the digital space and a deep understanding of digital trends and technologies
Knowledge about social media platforms – certifications in Digital Marketing is a plus
Some exposure to WordPress
An eye for detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work well within a team setting
