Job description

Our Headquarters are located in Nairobi, however, we are looking to fill this role in our branches in; Kisumu, Eldoret, Kitengela, Eastleigh, Kisii, Meru, Nakuru, Mombasa, Thika, Rongai and Nairobi. This is a retainer-based plus attractive commissions structure. (KSH 50,000 +)

The following are the key duties and responsibilities for this role:

  • Recruiting and maintaining commission only sales agents who are ambitious and are sales professionals 
  • Developing agents to become multi-dimensional with the portfolio mindset and the capacity to sell multiple products successfully 
  • Providing day-to-day on key technical skills agents require to succeed including but not limited to product knowledge, sales and marketing etc. 
  • Development of new marketing strategies and generating new leads, ensuring business continuity   
  • Monitoring and driving individual team performance and improving the performance of each individual agent to maximise agent performance.  
  • Preparing reports for the Area Sales Coordinator and the Agency Sales Manager on performance of agents in their teams against set KPIs 
  • Leading agents during activation sessions on various sites and locations in a bid to market the products and obtain sales prospects 
  • Coaching, training and developing sales agents to support long term career development and effective succession planning
