Marketing Coordinator

Brand
- Contributes to the development and execution of marketing strategies e.g. campaigns and offers
- Maintaining brand elements examples signages, packaging, menus, pastry tags etc. For all Java, Kukito 360 Degrees & Planet Yogurt
- Supports the upholding of brand guidelines across the organization and within the Agency family ( photography, collateral etc.)
- Partner with Cross-Functional partners (Finance, Procurement & Operations) to ensure key strategic projects for the business /calendar are delivered on time and on budget.
- Brand Audits – Supervision and execution of brand audits across the group
Project Management
- Run Point on Project Timeline Manager for Key Growth Projects
- Support Calendar Projects e.g., branch openings, menu changes etc.
Market Research
- Benchmarking
- Competitor analysis
- Recommending innovations based on industry trends (global trends)
Communications
- Internal marketing through e-shots on all maters arising marketing i.e., new offers, new product developments etc.
- Aligning external communication with instore activations
Analytics & Reporting
- Monthly reports on brand performance & sales
Oversee Foodscape budget and track spend and ROMI
