About the role:

BURN is looking for a Senior Creative Designer that will play a critical role in steering the strategic direction to which the company should take in communication, marketing, and advertising. The individual will be responsible for managing the entire development of a robust brand identity. This includes, developing, directing, and designing visual and audio materials and media used for advertising, broadcast, and web communications.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the creative process including ideation, design, production, and distribution of creative projects.
  • Designing Point of Sale and outdoor marketing Material (Brochures, Posters, Wobblers, Shelf dividers, Flyers, Billboards, Signages, etc.)
  • Creating mockups for branding and marketing collateral including (building walls, trucks, T-shirts, Caps, Demonstration Tents, booths, etc.)
  • Formatting reports and presentations for investors, partners, training, and awareness creation.
  • Designing artworks for social and digital media (social media banners, Google Network Ads, website banners, etc.)
  • Shooting, editing, and modifying videos including inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text as required.
  • Working in conjunction with the senior management team, and other team members across BURN’s markets to develop a strategic creative direction for graphic and visual campaigns.
  • Creating and upholding a defined visual standard manual for BURN in all its markets and ensuring adherence to the set guidelines to produce consistent and high-quality results.
  • Providing art direction for graphic design, videography, and photoshoot projects to BURN teams.
  • Designing artwork master templates and themes for use throughout the organization.
  • Supporting applicable branding, awareness, and sales objectives in BURN’s operations through creative design
  • Guiding relevant teams on best, cost-effective, and practical solutions in various graphic design videography and photography projects.
  • Managing external partners (printers, advertising firms, etc.) And related budgets.

 Requirements

  • Previous Knowledge of market standard Graphic Design and Video Editing Software including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, aftereffects, Premiere pro).
  • Versatility and agility with the ability to manage and deliver print, digital, photography, and video projects
  • Knowledge in designing for different media including, print, digital, and video.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Flawless English Language skills
  • Creative thinker able to influence target demographic.
  • Ability to produce creative content that sufficiently meets BURN’s communication, advertising, and marketing needs.

 Education and Experience

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role ideally in a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design is an added advantage
