Senior Learning Designer
African Management Institute (AMI)AMI is now looking for an ambitious Senior Instructional/Learning Designer for our programmes in Management & Leadership. This individual will join the Learning Team and work closely with the Partnerships and B2B teams to build programmes that work for our growing group of African and global clients.

We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in Management & Leadership blended, virtual, and face-to-face learning and training design.
The Senior Instructional/Learning Designer will focus on Management and Leadership programme and content development providing consultation within the broader learning team, taking design initiative on all aspects of programme, workshop and content development.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Manager – M&L and and be an important part of the AMI Learning Team.
In this role, you will be in charge of learning design and content development efforts in key strategic projects, including an ongoing M&L core and focus/short programme development to support leadership excellence for businesses across Africa. You'll collaborate with project partners, AMI Internal Stakeholders, multimedia developers, technology platform team, and subject matter experts to create learning experiences that demonstrate sound learning strategies, produce desired learning outcomes, and develop targeted competencies and practices. As a Learning/Instructional Designer, you'll need to be able to thrive and succeed in a very collaborative, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
