Client Story : The Off-Grid Talent Initiative
In 2019 Shortlist was selected by DFID and the Carbon Trust to lead the Off-Grid Talent Initiative, a recruitment campaign which supports the growth of off-grid renewable energy companies across Africa by increasing the pool of young talent interested in careers in clean energy.
We also co-create and execute innovative employability and “work experience” programs, partnering with upskillers, employers, and funders to prepare more youth for in-demand 21st century careers.
