Stage 1: Get To Know You

This is your chance to tell us about your background, skills, experience, interests and aspirations. It is fun and easy, and feels like a WhatsApp chat.

Stage 2: Cognitive Ability Assessment

If we love what we see, you will immediately be directed to complete a cognitive ability assessment. This is designed to assess your numerical, verbal and logical reasoning ability – skills that you will need to be successful in any job.

Estimated Time: 15-20 minutes. It is recommended that you complete Stage 1 and Stage 2 in the same sitting. We will get in touch with you in seven days.

Stage 3: Skills-Based Assessment

Give us your best shot – it’s the final step! Only the best of the best will make it this far. Here, we’ll test core technical/functional skills (such as Sales or Finance) you will be required to perform in your role.
