Position Objective:
The overall responsibility of the role is to support the Market Development team in surveying, reporting and training the field teams.

Location: 
M-KOPA Solar Uganda Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the fridge roll out including:
  • Analyze sales installations and service cases.
  • Gather and analyze Customer, Staff and Market insights.
  • Identify areas for capacity building.
  • Develop training materials.
  • Follow up on prospects.

Support 32” TV scaling including:
  • Analyze sales installations and service cases.
  • Gather and analyze Customer, Staff and Market insights.
  • Identify areas for capacity building.
  • Develop training materials.
  • Follow up on prospects.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong analytics and report writing skills.
  • Excellent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
