Job Purpose: Coordinate all stock

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Manage and ascertain physical stock in warehouse and all locations match up to the required numbers
• Ensure all changes in inventory status are effected through the atlas inventory module
• Coordinate with field team (SCOs) for daily opening and closing inventory updates
• Track inventory status from request to delivery and fulfilments
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
• Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment
• Follow and make sure all parties adhere to Service Center Policies
• Keep record of all documents relating to stock at Headquarters and reconcile with all service centers
• Prepare detailed reports on weekly and monthly inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustment
• Maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Accountability of repossessed stock

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma or Degree
• Working knowledge of inventory management tools, especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
