More about YOU
You have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Not only do you have a minimum of three years experience as a Salesforce administrator, but you’re also Salesforce Admin certified.
You’re professionally bilingual in English & Spanish, with excellent written and oral communication.
You know that training is essential to succeed in this role. You have experience leading hands-on training sessions and creating training materials.
You think strategically and long-term about solving today’s challenges before they become tomorrow’s roadblocks; you also resist the urge to make little tweaks here and there that meet today’s needs, but could clutter up the database for years to come.
You love processes and workflows. You ask the right questions to understand complex challenges, put them in perspective, and zoom in on details.
You’re curious and you love solving problems. You can handle a speedy implementation with a rigorous process.
You care about data quality and you’re excellent at data management.
You enjoy working in a dynamic, changing, multicultural (& multi-time zones) environment.
Above all, you’re passionate about empowering farmers through sustainable solutions in the clean energy and agriculture space!
