Job Description:

ACE Hybrid Energy Kenya Limited needs a diligent and enthusiastic Response Leader to work closely with the Sales Manager, Expansion Manager and Operations Director. ACE Hybrid Energy Kenya Limited requires a motivated, ambitious and fast learner, someone who is proactive and flexible in the variety of tasks and functions they will perform.

Responsibilities:

Regional Maintenance Duties:

• Close monitoring of response rates to customer issues to ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure all customers visits meet the values of ACE through close and innovative monitoring methods.
• Work with other Response Leaders to ensure best practices are being taught and shares.
• Develop systems to reduce revisit costs and to increase customer satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

• Provide a monthly report outlined in the policies and procedures.
• Train new Response Officers and new ACE Staff on how to maintain and fix the stove.
• Develop and monitor your teams monthly budget
• Assist with the ACE Fuel Program as directed (when brought to your location)
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Expansions Manager, Operations Director, and/or Regional Director from time to time direct

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, Kiswahili and at least one of the Western Languages (Pokot or Turkana)
• A Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 1-2 years of experience working in busy electronics repair and maintenance environment.

Skills and Expertise:

• A fast learner that picks up details
• Computer skills: Ms- Office package: Word, Excel, Powerpoint to create detailed overviews and reports
• Experience in planning and report writing
• Leadership and empathy skills that show your ambition to initiate great team work.
