The Personal Assistant will perform duties not limited to:

  • Acting as the point of contact between the MD and clients
  • Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Acting as the first point of contact
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the MD


  • Have a driving license

Sosai provides affordable, reliable, and efficient technologies such as water filters, solar home lighting systems, improved cookstoves, and other RE products to the people who hitherto view these products from a distance as unaffordable especially the people at the Bottom of The Pyramid (BOP).

The team also offers consultancy services on energy and environmental issues as it relates to climate change and development and gender-related issues.
