Job description

  • Onboard and establish relationships with new customers by ensuring 60 conversations have been made every day to attain the minimum required number of leads 
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by checking on the clients regularly by identifying and respond to client needs as and when they arise 
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service to maintain long-term client relationships
  • Develop detailed knowledge of all existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in 
  • Meet set sales target on a monthly basis for all products 
  • Participate in out of office activation activities with an aim of bringing in new business and meeting new prospective clients
