About the role:

Burn is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who will be responsible for managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity. The individual will be tasked with tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods from BURN HQ as well as ensuring that the goods are safely organized in the warehouse.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Issue Finished Goods on a FIFO Basis to the Dispatch Team
  • Receive and Document Finished Goods received from BURN HQ
  • Conduct periodic counts of Finished Goods
  • Ensure ERP Stock accuracy of Finished Goods
  • Communicate in a timely manner any stockout risks of Finished goods
  • Ensure a Safe and Organized Warehouse for Finished Goods
  • Effectively manage assigned Warehouse Assistants
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications especially MS Excel
  • Proven leadership qualities


Education and Experience

  • Diploma in Inventory Management or Supply chain management
  • At least 3 years experience in inventory management
  • Experience in the use of an ERP Software
