Learner Success Manager/ Program Management Experience - Senegal

As a Learner Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting learners to thrive and achieve their learning outcomes. This role has a massive opportunity for growth with training within the Learner success team.
The Learner Success Manager - Senegal will report to the Lead, Learner Success: AMI Solutions. The AMI Solutions team works with development partners on exciting, pan-African projects that have been designed to reach entrepreneurs across the continent and support them to do business differently!
The successful candidate will be based in Dakar, Senegal. We are recruiting bi-lingual applicants who are proficient in both English and French, SME programme / engagement experience is preferred for this role.
The Learner Success Manager - Senegal should be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, passionate about engaging with learners and supporting them on their journey to growth! Strong project planning, communication skills and the ability to problem-solve (using feedback and data!) will set you up to thrive in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learner Experience | Be the key contact for AMI learners on entrepreneurship or professional development learning programmes
Programme Completion | Regularly engage with learners to ensure they are on track to successfully complete their learning programme with AMI and have gained maximum value from their engagement with AMI.
Programme Management| Owning the logistics of delivering excellent learning programmes.
