Ensure all company’s regional team members continuously grow in their understanding of the company’s system and technology in general.
Support the continuous flow of operations by ensuring all technical issues are sorted in a short time.
Identify inefficiencies in processes that can be solved through technology.
Continuously review/audit systems ensuring data quality and integrity are at their peak.
Ensure all tech systems and hardware are working to their fullest capacity.
Train all new and current staff on IT-related matters.
Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of computer operations and systems development in accordance with the company’s strategic plan.
Identify data entry errors and immediately inform and work alongside the relevant department leader to fix the error.
Complete weekly audits on the data quality in Salesforce.
Support the new staff in accessing relevant data in Salesforce, especially around our global KPIs.

Experience & Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or any IT-related Degree.
Must be proficient in English.
Work experience of at least 2 years in a competitive field
