Customer Care Assistant - Homa Bay

- You will respond to all official calls.
- You will respond to all customers question to ensure understanding of all Nyalore Impact services and products and keep customers updated on new products or services.
- You will make customers aware of how to benefit from Nyalore Impact.
- You will gather customer feedback and share with relevant internal teams to improve the product and/or establish better customer support practices. This will include maintaining a register of all callers and collecting necessary data as directed by your immediate supervisors.
- You will provide weekly data for analysis to help Nyalore Impact discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them.
- You will carry out periodic health checks to avoid churn.
- You will identify and communicate with the sales team opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling through review of customers’ feedback.
- You will identify most inspiring stories and recommend for video features, case studies etc. both internally and externally through opportunities for media engagement.
- Any other duties reasonably assigned.

Nyalore Impact is a social enterprise based in Western Kenya, registered in 2016. We design and distribute, improved cook stoves, for residential, commercial, and institutional use. We are also manufacturers’ representatives for Lighting Africa solar products and Modern Energy Cooking Solutions (MECS). Our stoves are handcrafted by a trained team of local artisans using local raw and recycled materials. This makes our products quite affordable and accessible to our rural core demographic. Our unique business model, which combines social good and commercial benefits in clean energy access through a holistic bottom-up approach, provides income generation and employment opportunities for all, particularly women, youth, people with disabilities, vulnerable and poor households, to achieve social, economic, and environmental impact sustainably, while providing a long-term economic solution.
