Job description

  1. Responsible to ensure the correct visibility and display of products in all outlets is as per the company agreed standards.
  2. Responsible for building customer relationships with the ultimate goal of increasing points of availability, promotional displays, merchandising and ultimately, volume per outlet.
  3. Ensure best product placement and presence (eye level placement, high traffic, multiple points of distribution with premium merchandising)
  4. Sell company's products or services, finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.
  5. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  6. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  7. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  8. To identify and develop business opportunities from the market by establishing a viable and sustainable portfolio of coffee customers, and in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsible for building a customer base from scratch, establishing viable account and activity plans, capturing and maintaining a probable pipeline of opportunities to achieve agreed income targets and to manage and report on progress. The position will responsible for establishing a brand presence at industry events.
  9.  Anticipates customers’ needs with positive, timely and professionally solution in care to current customers through routine sales call cycle, site visits to existing retail listing and render top notch customer service as well as handle any complaints.
  10. Manages sales efforts e.g., Follow up on all raised and processes orders as necessary and ensure timely deliveries in coordination with sales driver. 11. Coordinates and participating in trade marketing activities e.g. demonstrations/trainings of new introductions and product promotions to retail partners and new clients.
  11. Striving towards delivery of all planned and agreed departmental and individual performance targets through coordination of other sales functions.
  12. Ensuring all sales and expense reports are received on time (before 8 am every Monday) and are clear reflection of work on the ground.
  13. Utilize market data (rankings, sales trends, etc.) to improve placement and retail support.
  14. Develop relationships at store, wholesale and manufacturer level and communicating regularly to ensure the look of success is maintained.
  15. Responsible for building customer relationships with the ultimate goal of increasing points of availability, promotional displays, merchandising and ultimately, volume per outlet.
  16. Ensure best product placement and presence (eye level placement, high traffic, multiple points of distribution with premium merchandising).
  17. Listen to customers and consumers for points of brand and company improvement.
