Data Entry Interns

Responsibilities:
- Capture course and program information from university websites including detailed subject and grade requirements and course categories.
- Prepare and enter accurate data into the company's database system.
- Verify and edit data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of information.
- Coordinate with relevant team members to collect missing or incomplete data as needed.
- Perform quality control checks on data entries, identifying and rectifying any errors or inconsistencies.
- Assist in generating reports and presentations based on the collected data.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data protection protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy and speed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
