Sales Lead
Farm to FeedFarm to Feed is searching for a motivated and experienced Sales Lead. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and working with our dynamic team, your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients whilst driving sales by acquiring new customers. You will be tasked with developing sales plans and customer service targets.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry standards and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills. We are keen to find someone who is eager to learn and grow with our start up.

In Sub-Saharan Africa, nearly 50% of fruits and vegetables produced never reach a consumer. In Kenya, 30% of food produced is lost after harvest. Whilst this is happening, 32% of Kenyans face food insecurity and 26% of Kenyan children are stunted. Farm to Feed was created to tackle this devastating paradox.
At Farm to Feed, we aggregate surplus and imperfect produce and sell to partners who help increase access to affordable nutrition and customers looking for affordable vegetables whilst having a positive impact on the climate.
