ERP Junior Consultant Job Description Template

We are seeking a results-driven ERP Junior Consultant to lead our business's ERP system integration. You will be consulting with client management to determine client business needs, evaluating the performance of our IT infrastructure, and developing and deploying ERP solutions.

ERP Junior Consultant Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior ERP and software consultants in Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
• Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
• Customizing and configuring ERP solutions with other third party software and devices.
• Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
• Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
• Providing ERP system support and end-user training.
• Performing rigorous documentation of ERP processes and presenting progress reports.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Assist lead training on ERP and small business software trainings
• Support clients in digitization and trainings on digital mindsets
• Keeping abreast of the latest ERP offerings, updates, and developments.

ERP Junior Consultant Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology. (minimum Cumulative GPA is above 3.0)
• Software development experience – API integration
• Current knowledge of some of the best programming languages.
• Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
